Why did my angel fish eat there eggs over night PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!?
2 days had passed and I think the eggs were about to hatch and I removed all the fish from the tank except the angels that had breed 4 days ago and I went to sleep and I woke up in the middle of the night and looked and half the eggs were gone except the dead white eggs and a few other ones and Do I keep the tank light on at night when they breed ?
Sometimes it helps with a new pair of angels who havent bred more than 10 times if you do leave the light on

When they feel threatened or think the eggs are in danger they will eat the eggs to (protect?) them. Some fish are just egg eaters. If they continue or you just don’t want to take a chance you can artificially hatch them. Place a flat rock in the tank to lay eggs on so you can remove it when they are done. I have a 5 gallon bucket setup with water from the tank with a heater at the same temp as the tank. Brace the rock at an angle with an air stone in front so the bubbles make a current over the eggs but not too close or strong that the eggs wash off. Add 2 drops per gallon of methylene blue to prevent fungus. The bad eggs will turn white and absorb the blue. You can remove the bad ones with tweezers or in my case, a magnifying glass and tweezers. For the feeding and raising of the fry you can Google ( the feeding and raising of angelfish fry).

I am so frustrated. I crate train my dog she is about a year old. I got her from a vet who found her when she "wandered" up to her door. I think someone dropped her off because they couldn’t handle her. Anyways i crate train for about 4-5 hrs a day let her out right away and still she comes back inside and pees on the couch and bed not to mention a few other places she urinates frequent . I am tired of washing all of the blankets and comforters on my bed. Now my couch smells I don’t have money for the $100 spot bot vacuum I just use my dirt devil that does nothing for my life .. I bought a plastic cover to go on the bed under the sheets which stinks like vinyl even after I washed it..thank goodness for that at least it didn’t go through the mattress this time. I let her outback a lot throughout the day she rolls in the wet grass digs in the mud and eats sticks and pine cones and barks when she hears other dogs howling and barking…what am I dealing with..!!!! She is wearing me out…HELP ME PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great anwsers I felt so lost but I see all your points. I was taking her out in the beginning but it didnt seem to work and I thought she was just naughty but i guess dogs cant do things out of spite.. I work and cannot take her out every two hours my only option is to keep her in a room with pee pee pads all over the floor if I cannott crate for 4 hours . I will only be able to take her for a walk 3 times a day. Also she wont pee right away and its so cold outside! (in the beginning when i was trying to train by walks she would come right back in and pee anyways what to do ?)Also I live in a coldesac so I can only walk her back and forth passing maybe five homes before I have turn around. Its hard to walk her in the back yard its almost an acre and it has a lot of slopes and she like to go behind the brush..but nevertheless I will try walking her out front and see what that does.
Putting the dog in a crate for 4-5 hours and then letting her outside is neither crate training or house training. It’s just confinement. YOU have to house train her.
She’s coming back in and peeing because you haven’t taught her what you want her to do, which is eliminate outside.
House train your dog by taking her outside and staying with her until she obliges. Then immediately praise her. Take her out regularly and do the same thing every time. That’s the way to house train a dog. Once she learns what you want, then you can let her outside on her own.

The dog needs to go an actual walks. When you let her out she probably is so concerned with playing with sticks and such that she doesn’t use the bathroom. Walk her at least 3 times a day. Also, if the dog is peeing on furniture, she should not be allowed to go on them until it stops.

Have her checked for bladder infection. Do you crate her for 4-5 hours a day? If so, that’s probably what caused it. Google crate training. Dogs should only be crated two hours at most.

I would take the dog to the vet, my dog was going pee crazy in the house , which he never does.. he is house trained . he ended up having a bladder infection . He got a shot for it and is on meds for seven days.He is no longer peeing all over the house….yippee

Ok i crate train my 5 month old puppy and you have to give positive attention when she pees outside, like treats, praise, play with her toys. So that said if you mix a 1 part tide (powder form) 2 parts water spray it lightly over your couch, it will help with the smell and the dog wont want to pee there due to the smell of the detergent. DO NOT SPRAY WHILE DOG IS IN THE ROOM, let the mixture dry on your couch, then let your dog in.
When your first crate training your dog you need to let them out every 2 hours you cant leave them in the crate until they are completely potty trained. even then you shouldnt leave them in the crate for more then 5 hours.

The first thing you should do is keep her off the furniture. Whenever she tries to get up there, get her off right away and tell her "No" in a VERY stern voice. Also, it doesn’t sound like she’s really housebroken. Whenever you let her outside, you should stay out there with her while she does her business. Whenever she goes outside you need to praise, praise, praise her. Say "Good girl, pee pee outside" Get really excited with it. Keep repeating it whenever she goes and she will soon relate the word pee pee with outside. Whenever she has an accident anywhere in the house, you have to catch her in the act and say "No, or Bold or Bad" or whatever word you want to use, but say it in a very, very stern voice. Take her outside and say pee pee outside. If she finishes peeing outside praise her and say "Good girl, pee pee outside". If you keep doing this, she will catch on. She’ll see that going outside makes you happy and she will soon be an expert at it. This is the way I housebroke my dog and she was fully trained in about 17 days. She had an accident or two after that, but that’s it. Now she hasn’t had an accident in about 8 or 9 months and she just turned a year old. Be persistent with it, but also keep her off the furniture. As a former disc jockey, I could relate to Play Misty for Me. That movie is truly scary in the fact that I lost a friend in a similar situation like that a while ago.

Plot: An admired high school hockey player (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) with a bright future foolishly takes a drive in the night with his girl friend and two other friends with his headlights off with devastating results. The former athlete is left with a brain injury that prevents him from remembering many things for extended periods of time. To compensate, he keeps notes in a small notebook to aid him in remembering what he is to do. He also lives with a blind friend (Jeff Daniels) who aids him. Obviously, with the mental incapacitation, he is unable to have meaningful work. Thus he works as a night cleaning man in a bank. It is there he comes under the scrutiny of a gang planning to rob the bank. The leader (Matthew Goode) befriends him and gets him involved with a young woman (Isla Fisher) who further reels him in. After they get close and after reeling him in with his own failures, the bank plan unfolds. Confused but wanting to escape his current existence, he initially goes along with the scheme. After realizing he is being used, he attempts to stop the robbery, which of course immediately goes awry. Bruce McGill and Alberta Watson also co-star as the young man’s parents, who still search for the person that was there before the tragic crash.

Father Riley, the confessor of the monastery was looking out of the narrow window, his warm, blue eyes filled with sorrow as he was listening the discussion taking place in the old and Spartan decorated room.
"It is my conclusion that sister Dolores is suffering from a very peculiar form of schizophrenia. She seems convinced that she is being visited by night by this demonic entity she calls Yasir. I would recommend getting professional help", Mr. Gonzales, the psychiatrist they had sent for concluded.
"And what exactly do you mean professional help", Mother Superior cut in.

The priest felt the gaze and with a sigh turned around, pulling off his round glasses.
"You know that I have sworn to keep the secrecy of everything I hear in the confessional.", he replied softly.
Mr. Gonzales fought the urge to jump off the chair and yell. The poor girl had had to go hysterical during the mass for him to be called, and, when Mother Superior had asked for him professional help, the sickness had already began engulfing her. Taking deep breaths to calm himself, he added in a tone laced with sarcasm:
"And you are not convinced she is having hallucinations either."
"My son, in my world, what often seems impossible is not. Blind people see, deaf hear, and dead people resurrect through the sheer will of our Lord."
"I am a good Christian, father," the psychiatrist brutally cut in," and I do not dare to question the miracles. But now, in this century.I find it hard to believe that something akin to miracle is happening. A daemon at night visiting a nun ..excuse me for saying so, Mother Superior, but this girl must be having only the natural urges. I am even surprised she hadn’t experienced them so far. She is only 21, it is only normal for her to have erotic dreams, even if she is currently a nun. One cannot escape nature."

Hog hunting question?
I have a few – First, where is a good place to go wild hog hunting that closest to Michigan? I don’t know where you can find any in Michigan. Also I primarily hunt in public land, I can find a few places on private land to hunt but again I have no idea if they have any wild hogs there.
Also do you eat them after you kill them? Sorry if that’s a stupid question I just don’t know.
Where at down south? I’m willing to drive half way down the country if necessary. Just looking for some good hunting.
You can go to any southern state and check with their game dept. They can tell you which state hunting reserve has the biggest hog problem. ( hogs are a problem in all the southern states) In my state (Louisiana) they are legal to kill from the start of squirrel season to the end of deer season- that would be from the first Sat. in Oct. to the end of deer season in mid Jan. There is no daily limit or season limit on them. Kill all you wish. The only requirement after obtaining the proper hunting licenses and permits is that there is some sort of hunting season going on in the area you will be hog hunting in. Hogs in the south are a deer hunters worst nightmare when the population gets out of control. They eat all the acorns, stomp out all the deer tracks, make so much noise feeding that deer will not come around them. and will even eat any deer that you could not find after shooting that you had to leave overnight. They will even eat the deer pills under the acorn trees, making it look like a deer had never been around that area. On a previous lease that I was on, I had 78 hogs come out by my stand before 10 AM. They were racing each other to get any acorns that had dropped during the night. How can you hunt deer under those conditions?

You might want to do a Google search for hog hunting around Michigan, I’ve seen some stories on the Hunting channels about hogs in Michigan but I can’t recall where it was. Also check with Michigan Fish and Game for information. Yes you can eat them, very lean and tasty meat depending upon their diet.

I have an answer for the last question, yes you can and I eat them, they’re in all truths a pig, which the meat is pork, pork chops, ribs, etc. the meat will just be a little tougher and gamy tasting since it’s wild and has a chance to run around compared to grocery store pork since it’s usually grain fed, younger animals.
the best things about wild meat are it doesn’t contain the chemicals and steroids grocery meat does and it’s cheaper, only the costs are the trip to get there, the effort of hunting and the cartridges, you likely have the gun already.

The young tender ones under 150 lb easily fall to a 243. The regular mature hogs average 250 lb, and tender cuts rule the day, ruled by average deer rifles. BUT there are some really big porkers out there, and USE ENOUGH GUN is the rule of the day, as they can bite off a hunters head, like the two in the page at http://www.handypost.info/ .

There are plenty of hogs up North, sure, not as many as down in the South, but there’s still some up there. Hogs will adapt to an area w/ cooler temperatures very easily- they will grow thick, coarse hair which will protect them from the elements.
Yes, you do/can eat hog. Not a stupid question if you don’t know. Only stupid question is the one that goes unasked (if it’s a genuine question). You can cook cuts of wild hog just like you do farm raised pork.
I can’t help you with places near home, but wherever there are domestic pigs, there are likely to be ferals, whose ancestors escaped a pen.
Of course you eat them. No sense letting all that pork go to waste! But note the answer about bacon and ham supposes that you have a way to cure those cuts, and you may not have anybody nearby that can do that for you. As a side note, if you’re meat-hunting, you may want to pick those 80 pound shoats or 150 pound sows. If you’re thinning the herd and shoot the big old boars, it’s been my policy to find somebody who wants them, because they’re tough and often pretty rank: cooking them can stink up your whole house.
